i saw one player in game and he ask me to help him im just asking him wat is his problem then he said that he have a bug items that cannot be trade even though that items dont have a YO or if i am wrong that items are cannot be traded so here is the SS

i just found this character named azumi25 and he is having some trouble with his main account he said that he tried to Restart his computer twice and when he tried to go online again his account is still connected to the server, .. and here's the pic.
